Congratulations are in order for Jay Stockmann who has been promoted to executive vice president of Lewmar Marine USA. He was formerly vice president of sales and marketing.

In his new position, Stockmann, who joined Lewmar in 2002, will be responsible for all OEM and Aftermarket sales and marketing of the Lewmar brand. This will be an expanded role that also focuses on leveraging opportunities with Navtec.

“Jay has been an important part of the growth of Lewmar Marine. His new title and increased responsibilities reflect our anticipation of even greater success in the future,” said Gregory Smith from Lewmar Marine USA’s headquarters in Guilford, Conn.

Stockmann, 42, lives in Guilford with his wife and two daughters. He holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Vermont and is an avid sailor, boater, runner, cyclist, skier and outdoor enthusiast.
